Christmas Eve Breakfast

My Boompa moved back to Smithfield from Oklahoma in May, so this was the first Christmas as a resident that we have had with him in over 20 years. We had a big breakfast at my Aunt's house early Christmas eve morning. Some how I became in charge of a good portion of the meal. Thank goodness my mom and aunt helped...a lot! We had yummy homemade cinna buns, sausage and mushroom quiche, breakfast potatoes, and fruit. It was a yummy spread!
