There is something about a tradition that makes the holidays all the more special. As a family we have been doing these treats since well... forever. It is a warm comfort to know that all things don't change...in the world we live in it is a much needed comfort. This is something that I have and still look forward to year after year and I hope me girls will too. I hope it is a comfort to them as they get older when the world around them changes for the good and the bad.
